Sound Therapy

Sound therapy is a practice that uses instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and even the human voice to create resonant vibrations that guide the body and mind into states of deep relaxation. These sound waves interact with the nervous system, helping to lower stress, calm overactive thoughts, and restore emotional balance.

Historically, sound has been used as a tool for healing in many cultures — from Tibetan and Himalayan singing bowls to ancient chants and drumming rituals. Today, research shows that certain frequencies can help shift brainwave activity into restorative states similar to meditation, supporting clarity, renewal, and overall well-being.

Many clients describe sound therapy as both grounding and expansive, leaving them with a sense of peace, lightness, and restored energy.
